1 AP: Jumping

Use 1 AP to jump. Body STR determines the range of your jumps as follows:

Long Jump: Jump 2 sq far and add 1/3 sq rounded down per Body STR (if the value is positive). If you moved at least 2 sq in the same direction beforehand, you can jump twice as far (also through Forced Movement).

High Jump: Jump 30 cm (1 ft) high and add 30 cm (1 ft) per Body STR (if the value is positive).
