Constitution refers to ones bodies robustness. A character with a CON of 0 would be able to take a hit or two, but could just as well get sick easily, while a character with a CON of 4 is robust against sicknesses and cold temperatures and could walk for miles. A character with -2 or less CON is exhausted after a sprint and Prone to get sunstroke after a warm summer day.

Gameplay effects:

• Amount of Health points (HP).
• Determines how heavy the armour you wear can be.
• Resisting poison and sicknesses.
