2 AP: Ranged Attack
Attack a visible opponent in range with you weapon. Roll the specified die for the weapon and add your DEX to it (only when throwing melee weapons you use STR instead). If your DEX is negative, you must subtract it, but the Attack can never deal less than 1 damage.
Certain conditions can modify the damage:
- Range
If the opponent is in the extended range of the weapon, half your damage. - Prone
If your opponent is on the ground, deal 1.5x damage. - Cover.
- Elevated Position
If you are significantly above your target, your normal and extended range increase by +2 sq. Depending on the height, the GM may also decide that cover becomes ineffective. - Critical Hits
Rolling the highest number on a damage die allows you to roll the die once again and add the result as damage.
